Zen Ki Yoga is a unique yoga style based on Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Chinese Medicine, the 12 meridians, the 5 element theory, the principles of yin and yang and common sense. There are different moves for every organ in your body and your meridians. Classes may work specifically on heal issues, strengthening organs, releasing tension from specific body area and emotional/mental wellbeing.
Classes, general interest courses and teacher trainings are offered online. There are specific courses for bladder strength, weight loss, back pain therapy, psoas release, vagus nerve, meridians & pressure points, women's health and more.
