Vicky found Yoga when she was 20, and has been sharing her passion for Yoga in it’s many forms for 15 years. Making yoga relatable and playful with her focus on technique with an anatomical and therapeutic approach. Vicky’s classes empower students with a sense of curiosity and appreciation for the amazing things bodies are capable of with consistency and compassion for these wonderful vessels we call home.

Vicky has been fortunate to learn from some of the best teachers in the world, and shares the teachings from a place of respect and appreciating for all those who’ve contributed to her journey.

Her classes invite you to slow down, move mindfully and nurture yourself at whatever stage you’re at, while encouraging you to try new things you didn’t think you were capable of.

Acro Yoga is a blend of Acrobatics, Yoga and Zen Thai Shiatsu. Creating connection by working with partner or in groups to get you off your mat and building trust with other humans.
