Veda O'Neill

Veda, is a classically trained yogi who has been practicing and training for the better part of 10 years. Her healing journey came at the back end of complete and utter life burn out. After a life heavily laden with trauma she went down a long road of drug, alcohol, work, food and love addiction.

After many different attempts at getting better through the western approach she had an extreme spiritual awakening in 2015 that kick started her path of healing and studying through energy work, spiritual counselling, meditation, shamanic practices, mantra, sacred medicines and yoga.

From the moment she stepped on to the path she knew she was home and that she would be apart of sharing these teachings and gifts with others as both clients, students and peers. She had found her answer to her pain, trials and tribulations and now only wishes to assist in the elleviation of suffering of others, knowing what it’s like to suffer on her own.

Over the last 8 years Veda has become a Kriya and breath work teacher, a vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga teacher, a Sattva Meditation Initiator and teacher, a Reiki Master, an Ignite Your Spirit Therapist and A Golden Woman Counsellor, a Himalayan breath work facilitator and a shamanic practitioner.

All the while Veda has stayed true to her clubbing and music roots by maintaining a solid Dj career both in the Sydney city night life and at conscious events and festivals.

Veda is a modern day alchemist and helps people to turn their pain into their power! She has and still does dedicate her entire life to studying the healing, shamanic and yogic arts in order to serve humanity in their healing and in the upliftment of consciousness across the planet, one heart, one epic ecstatic dance at a time.
