Sue Livingston

Leading Yoga therapy educator, Level 3 Yoga teacher and Accredited Yoga Therapist

Sue Livingston is an experienced, senior Yoga teacher and accredited Yoga therapist with strong educational credentials. Her journey in Yoga spans over three decades and Sue has been teaching Yoga since 2007. She has trained with Dr Ganesh Mohan, Donna Farhi, Judith Lasater and Richard Miller.

​

Sue is also qualified as a Level 1 iRest teacher.

​

She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and spent 15 years working in scientific research using molecular biology in the fields of biomedical research and evolutionary genetics.

​

Sue incorporates the chakra system into her work to enhance her students' yoga experience, deepen their self-understanding, and guide them towards better wellbeing.

The Seven Chakras: Movement, Breath & Inner Harmony

Join senior Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist, Sue Livingston for this gentle yoga class that explores seven chakras in the energy body through movement, breathwork, and visualisation. Engaging with the chakras offers us a way to access and understand our unique experience and our interaction with life. The process is versatile, insightful and supports our progress towards achieving greater balance and wellbeing.

By the end of the session, you will feel more energized and balanced and have a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
