Sreekala Kannan

Sreekala Kannan is a qualified Ayurveda practitioner, certified yoga and breathwork instructor and an advanced pranic healer dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance and holistic well-being. She holds Ayurvedic qualifications from both Australia and Kerala, India—the traditional heartland of Ayurvedic wisdom—bringing together authentic knowledge with a modern, practical approach.

She completed her yoga and breathwork training with Shanti Yoga, India, and is a certified Pranic Healer, having completed all five levels with the World Pranic Healing Foundation. Sreekala currently serves as the Secretary of the Australasian Association of Ayurveda, contributing actively to the growth and awareness of Ayurveda in the community.

Her work integrates Ayurveda, yoga, breathwork, and energy healing to provide personalised support for stress management, weight balance, skin health, and overall vitality. Known for her simple and results-oriented approach, she makes ancient wisdom accessible for modern lifestyles.
