This session explores the power of pranayama and meditation to calm the nervous system and bring clarity to the mind.
Through guided breathing techniques, subtle awareness practices, and a soothing meditation, participants will be invited to slow down and reconnect with their inner rhythm.
This session may also include simple eye relaxation techniques to ease mental fatigue and enhance focus.
Suitable for all levels and supports everyday wellbeing.
