Sonali is a certified yoga teacher (200 RYT- India) with 6 years of experience guiding students across the globe—online and in-person, through companies, studios, and private sessions.
Her teaching style blends restorative and vinyasa-inspired practices with breathwork, mindfulness, and deep awareness. She has been been teaching in Australia for several years and is currently offering classes at Yoga Groove studio.

The practice will invite you to return to the present moment through a slow, mindful flow that blends breathwork, gentle movement, and meditative stillness.

This session will begin with grounding pranayama and subtle eye exercises, followed by a low-intensity asana practice that calms the nervous system and supports deep release.

Expect moments of softness, supported poses, and space to reconnect with yourself.
