Mitra Bhoi

Mitra is a Sydney-based Yoga Teacher on a mission to help others feel their best with Yoga. She worked on her vitality, adjusting diet and lifestyle, finding all the roads to recovery led her to yoga. Mitra dedicated her time to immersing herself in the Yoga Philosophy and teaching.
Mitra's 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Diploma qualification from The Yoga Institute, Sydney, trained herin the classical teaching traditions of T Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar. She is registered with Yoga Australia and is aspiring to be a Yoga Therapist.
Mitra's passion is to share all that and love about yoga in a safe and supportive environment with others in the community. Mitra is a regular yoga teacher at Heartfulness Yoga Meditation Australia, UNSW, The Yoga Institute, Cammeray and This is Pilates studio, Lanecove.
