Karen Gruber
Karen has been teaching meditation in Australia and internationally for over 15 years. A lifelong seeker and dedicated yoga practitioner, she channeled her passion for guiding others by completing her first yoga teacher training in 2021.
Since then, she has expanded her expertise to include Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Barre, and both Mat and Reformer Pilates. As a member of the Nin Yoga Teacher Training Faculty, Karen leads modules on meditation and holding space.
Her classes emphasise deep connection to the body and the inner self, creating a space for mindfulness, movement, and transformation.

Yin Yang Yoga
Join Karen from Nin Yoga for Yin Yang Yoga. Yin Yang Yoga is a balanced class that blends gentle movement and flowing postures (Yang) with deep, passive stretches and stillness (Yin). It’s the perfect practice to energise the body and calm the nervous system. Taught by the nurturing and experienced Karen Gruber, this class invites you to both move and rest with intention.
