Mantra Medicine: Evidence-based tools for yoga teachers
Mantra has been used for thousands of years to support health and wellbeing and now we have modern scientific tools to measure the benefits.

In this session, Dr Gemma Perry (PhD, Psychology of Mantra) shares some of her research on how mantra and vocal chanting reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and enhance wellbeing.

You will leave with practical, evidence-based tools you can integrate into your yoga classes immediately and an understanding of the psychology behind why they work.
