Dr Elizabeth Denley

Dr Elizabeth Denley, a director of Heartfulness Institute Australia, has been a Heartfulness practitioner and student of spirituality for 37 years. With a research background spanning ecology, health, yoga, and education, she has dedicated her career to well-being and life skills training for children and adults alike.

​

A certified Heartfulness trainer for 35 years, she also served as the founding editor of Heartfulness Magazine for ten years and has contributed extensively to Heartfulness content development.

​

Dr Denley has delivered in-person and online programs on meditation and well-being for organisations including Amazon USA, VISA USA, MIT World Peace University, Amity Business School, AIIMS Delhi, the Ministry of AYUSH, The Baker Institute, University of Melbourne, Monash University, Australian Red Cross, the ATO and Yoga Australia. She also represented Heartfulness at the Parliament of the World’s Religions in 2023.

This interactive talk will introduce the essence of Heartfulness meditation — a simple yet profound practice for inner peace and self-transformation.

Participants will also have the opportunity to experience a guided meditation and reflect on its practical relevance in daily life.
