Cristina Berrios is a yoga teacher and retreat facilitator with over 20 years of dedicated practice and a decade of teaching experience. She has led more than 40 wellness retreats, sharing yogic wisdom in ways that are both accessible and deeply transformative for modern life.
Known for her calm, grounded presence, Cristina creates immersive spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and move beyond the mind into a more embodied experience. Her teaching blends Yin, Hatha, meditation, breathwork, and philosophy, with a strong focus on the energetics of yoga and practical integration into everyday living.
With over 500 hours in Classical Hatha Yoga, 170 hours in Yin Yoga, and 100 hours in Meditation, she offers grounded, intentional practices that leave students feeling restored, inspired, and connected.
