Yoga for Creativity
Moira Gordon and Clare Hattersley will co-facilitate a beautiful Yoga For Good class on Yoga Creativity, including a combination of DRU and Hatha yoga sequences, with modifications demonstrated to suit all participants.
They will also guide you through breathing practice and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to inspire creativity and union.
These practices open up the physical body for creative flow, as well as the creative aspects of consciousness with joy and a blissful sense of lightness and fun.
