Chris has been in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years and is the co-founder of CM Wellness. His business was established with the vision to make wellness a standard to anyone and everyone. He has worked with a wide range of clients; including those with a disability (physical and mental), mental health conditions, sporting teams, families who need guidance in simple lifestyle changes and companies to help their staff manage stress.

From his extensive experience, he has seen specific patterns and habits that often lead to lifestyle problems. His goal is to help teach people simple healthy habits, no matter their situation. He gives you the tools and strategies to help make wellness a standard in your life.

He is a lifelong learner and continues to up-skill himself in the industry. He has completed a 9-month intensive breathwork course and is a qualified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator.
