Strength Inside the Stretch - Intelligent loading for longevity with yoga, sustainablility through the ages
Yoga often celebrates flexibility — but longevity requires more than range. In this practical, evidence-informed session, physiotherapist and yoga therapist AJ explores how subtle anatomical refinements and intelligent loading can make your yoga practice strong, safe, and resilient for decades.

You’ll learn how to balance mobility with stability, protect joints, and apply practical strategies that keep your practice sustainable while maintaining suppleness. This session is ideal for yoga teachers of all levels who want to move beyond alignment dogma, teach with confidence, and support a lifelong, resilient practice.
