What I am teaching at Yoga Day - Sydney

Shout It Out! Yoga Therapy for Emotional Resilience

Release your emotional baggage and create clarity and space with this noisy, fun, energy-releasing yoga class that will definitely have you shouting, hopefully have you laughing and maybe have you crying (nothing like a good cry if you need it, or just breathe if you don't).

There'll be fascinating titbits sprinkled here and there about which organs go with which emotions (from the illuminating 5 element theory). And a sprinkling of emotional 'seeds' of your choosing in the fertile consciousness of your own inner 'garden' in a relaxing meditation to seal in your newfound emotional freedom.

Learn simple shiatsu massage for back pain

Come with a friend or we will pair you up in the session. Learn some simple techniques to help your students, family and friends with back, shoulder and neck pain.
