Katie Brown
Katie has been teaching yoga for 24 years (IYTA trained) and infant massage for 20 years (IMA trained), she is a registered Senior Yoga teacher with Yoga Australia and has diplomas in Yin Yoga, Pre and Post-natal yoga, Colour Therapy, Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage and has a diploma in Counselling.
She also has a BA (hons) in Communication. She runs Restorative Yoga trainings, is a professional writer and author of three books.

This is a practical session involving soothing pranayama and acupressure, where you will be guided on an internal journey to quieten the mind, release tension and create peace and wellbeing.
