Reiki is a powerful modality to deepen your spiritual practice as well as to learn how to heal others and yourself. You don’t learn Reiki, you become Reiki.
Whether this is new for you, or you are an energy healer beginner, or even an experienced holistic practitioner – this course is for those who want to connect to themselves on a deeper level.

A Brief Explanation of Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing treatment that works holistically on the whole body, mind and soul.

Not a system of religious beliefs, Reiki is simply a relaxing treatment whereas natural healing vibrations are transmitted through the hands of a Reiki practitioner (acting as a conduit) to the body of the recipient.

The purpose of a Reiki treatment is to relieve stress and pain, induce relaxation, release emotional blockages, accelerate natural healing, balance subtle bodies energies and support other medical modalities including traditional therapies.
Our Reiki courses are an initiation to an inner transformation journey to find purpose, clear energetic constrictions, and manifest a beautiful life for yourself and others.
-
You can learn Reiki simply to enhance your own quality of life and heal loved ones, friends, children, animals, and plants.
-
You can offer it as an extra modality to your existing practice.
-
You can become a Reiki master creating your own healing practice.

The Science Behind Reiki
Physiologically, Reiki is effective in activating the parasympathetic nervous system, quantitatively measured as reduced heart rate, reduced blood pressure, and increased heart rate variability.

The parasympathetic nervous system is one branch of the autonomic nervous system, the other branch being the sympathetic nervous system. In a healthy individual, the activity of the two branches can be rapidly modulated in response to changing environmental demands, but overall are maintained in a state of dynamic balance, or homeostasis. On the other hand, in an unhealthy individual the activity of the two branches are deeply unbalanced.
